Booking & Payment Process

Step 1

Reviewing And Selecting Your Photography Package

After reviewing which Photography Package is best suited for your needs, click the ‘Read More’ tab, to be directed to the specified Proposal, Engagement or Honeymoon landing page. Please fill out the online web form included in the landing page and send. Once our team receives your form, we will send you an email with an embedded link that will provide you full details of what the package entails, including pricing.

Step 2

Confirming And Submitting Your Order Form

Once you have reviewed all of the package details and are ready to move forward with a reservation, please fill out the form on the final page of the package offerings. On that form, you will be able to select your photographer, a private or semi-private photoshoot, and more. Upon receiving your form, a SUMMIT Team Member will reach out within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your form and update you on next steps.

Step 3

Confirming Your Chosen Date And Photographer

Upon receiving your completed form, our Team Member will confirm whether or not your chosen date and times are available. They will also reach out to your chosen Photographer for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: If your photoshoot is booked months in advance, we will begin planning a few weeks prior to your selected date.

Step 4

Consultation Call, Payment And Finalizing The Photoshoot Plans

Once the desired date, time and Photographer has been confirmed, a Team Member will schedule a Consultation Call. During the call, we will review and finalize the plans and details for your photoshoot to ensure that all parties are aligned. Payment will also be collected and processed accordingly. The Consultation Call is typically scheduled about one week prior to the day of the photoshoot and will last approximately 30 minutes or less. For guests that live outside of the US, the Consultation will be made via a virtual meeting link. PLEASE NOTE: Guests that booked the Proposal Packages will have a follow up call with their selected photographer, since there is an additional air of secrecy and surprise to coordinate.

Step 5

Arrive For Your Shoot

Please arrive at your scheduled time to check in for your photoshoot at the Welcome Desk, located just inside the SUMMIT lobby. You and your partner will be personally escorted directly to the Photographer. The photoshoot will last 1 hour and will end on the 93rd floor, where 2 glasses of Champagne will be served.
